Payment:
Currently our Maine Coon pet kittens are priced at $2,700.00. Adult cats are individualy priced.
To have your kitten/cat delivered, you can simply add the delivery fee to your kitten's balance. For ground transportation or air transportation from our cattery in Madison, Alabama to your preferred address.
Contact the breeder to process the deposit.
The remaining balance of $2,200.00 must be paid in full before pickup, or at least one week before the scheduled shipment date.
Once the $500.00 deposit has been received, the remaining balance must be completed before pickup, or at least seven days before the scheduled shipment date. Contact the breeder to arrange payment.
The deposit is nonrefundable if you change your mind, so be committed to bringing one of these outstanding Rocket Kitty Coons Maine Coon kitten/cat home.
Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a future litter if the kitten/cat becomes unavailable or the buyer's preference is not available in the current litter.
Contact the breeder to discuss any payment arrangements before making a commitment.
For prospective parents of upcoming litter(s): Once kittens are born and photos are available, usually within a few days, you will be sent photos of the litter so that you are able to make your choice of your kitten, and our website will be updated noting that your kitten is chosen and reserved (including your name as the new parent, if you prefer).
Note: If you are making payments on your kitten/cat, Rocket Kitty Coons will care for, feed, and shelter your kitten/cat, including any and all vaccinations, deworming, and spaying or neutering . Alteration timing must follow the written placement agreement and guidance from the treating veterinarian.
Return Guarantee:
If at any time in the life of your kitten/cat you become unable to provide a suitable home, Rocket Kitty Coons will either take the kitten/cat back or do everything possible to help you re-home the kitten/cat .
If you choose to return your kitten/cat , Rocket Kitty Coons will not reimburse you for the cost of the kitten/cat , training, or other expenses incurred prior to the return of the kitten/cat .
Delivery costs for shipping kitten/cat back are the responsibility of the buyer. The kitten/cat must have a veterinary health certificate prior to being brought to Rocket Kitty Coons.
Pickup/Delivery:
Picking up your kitten/cat at our cattery in Madison, Alabama is one way of transfering of the kitten/cat from Rocket Kitty Coons to their new family.
Local delivery can be discussed with the breeder.
We are also able to ship at buyers’ expense.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to secure transportation and pay all fees associated with transport, as well as specific documentation required by the applicable origin and destination authorities, including USDA requirements where relevant.
I understand that it is my choice to have my kitten/cat shipped and that I am solely responsible for any problems incurred during shipping or after as a result of shipping.
I understand that once my Maine Coon kitten/cat has departed from Rocket Kitty Coons to be transported, Rocket Kitty Coons is no longer liable and cannot be responsible for its safety, health, or well-being while in transit.
Rocket Kitty Coons Health Guarantee:
Our kitten/cat are guaranteed to have regular deworming and all age appropriate and age recommended vaccinations when picked up, and will be microchipped and will come with a health certificate drawn up by a licensed small animal veterinary. The breeder will provide the kitten’s current feeding routine before collection.
Your kitten/cat genetic health is guaranteed for a period of one year. Rocket Kitty Coons will replace your kitten/cat if this same kitten or cat dies from a genetic illness within one year of the purchase date.
We do require that that Rocket Kitty Coons is supplied with the kitten/cat associated necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian and this needs be sent to Rocket Kitty Coons in order to replace your kitten or cat.
Continue the feeding routine agreed with the breeder, with any dietary changes discussed with your veterinarian.
Once you have been able to reserve your kitten/cat with your choice of gender and color and/or pattern, you are guaranteed a kitten/cat.
For example: You don't prefer this current litter looks, color pattern, temperament etc.
You will still continue to hold a reservation until you find your kitten/cat that you have dreamt of, in one of our future litters ❤️
Registration:
Your Maine Coon kitten/cat will be registered with The International Cat Association (TICA) Or CFA. Once you have spayed or neutered your kitten/cat and we have the name you have chosen for your kitten/cat, alongside your name, email, and address, we will send the information to TICA/CFA who will finalize the registration of your kitten/cat. The kitten/cat will be named with the name you choose, followed by Rocket Kitty Coons, for example: “Louise” Rocket Kitty Coons. This is mandatory. We will also give you your kitten’s or cats microchip number, and then you can go to https://www.foundanimals.org/microchip/registry/ to transfer your kittens registration to you. You will submit the request for transfer and then we can approve it.
By signing this contract, the Buyer is agreeing to all the terms therein and is legally obligated to uphold these terms. Buyer is agreeing to pay fines, cover mediation costs, or cover costs not limited to all lawyers’ expenses, gas fees, lodging for offsite hearings, and any subsequent related costs accrued by the Breeder should violation of contract occur.
